Updates
We have changed the menu in the 4.0 site from a DHTML menu to a Flash Menu. There were a number of problems in various IE explorer browsers on both Mac and Windows. So you shouldn't see the menu as a jumbled mess. If you still see this problem you should empty your browser cache and restart your browser and the new menu should be available to you.
AOL
AOL and similar proprietary service providers can use Netscape or Internet Explorer. Just sign on with AOL or other service and then open Netscape or Internet Explorer. This may improve some aspects of viewing. In AOL if images look bad you can go to My AOL / preferences / WWW/ and deselect use compressed images.
Updating your system
If you find that you need to update your system to support Flash and Dynamic HTML keep in mind this can be tricky. If you have done system updates then you are familiar with the problems and procedures that you will encounter. How ever if you have not performed your own system management we strongly suggest that you find somebody to help you. Better safe than sorry.
IE
Internet Explorer users should decrease font size and minimize your browser, especially if you do not have a multi resolution monitor. We have left the menu without a scroll bar and a few items can remain obscured from sight. This is easily done by using the F11 key or going to view and choosing minimize, you can toggle back to the full window when done view the site.
Sluggish behavior
We have made this site as fast as possible, if you experience sluggish behavior, there may be a lot of traffic either at your internet service provider or on the sites server, try changing the time of day you visit this site.
